General Rules

  1. Members have the option to close their accounts at any time.
  2. All policies and regulations are subject to change by BettorTimes.ag without prior notice other than posting such changes on the website.
  3. Management reserves the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without prior notice. In addition management reserves the right to close a customer’s account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation.
  4. Any member found using multiple browsers or found attempting to manipulate our software code will forfeit all winnings and may be deactivated as a member of BettorTimes.ag.
  5. Any robot program used at BettorTimes.ag to give the bettor an advantage will forfeit all wagers and winnings.
  6. Member's winnings will not be reported to any government agencies. It is the responsibility of members to report any wagering income to their respective governmental agencies.
  7. It is the member's responsibility to ensure they keep their username and password along with any other security details confidential. In the event that a member feels his/her information has been compromised they should notify the company immediately where upon new details may be given and any future transactions under the previous will be void.
  8. Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep all account information confidential. The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of the member's account.
  9. All Internet rules apply to telephone wagers except where noted. Internet members may place wagers via the phone and phone members may place wagers via the internet.
  10. All members agree to verify Account Balances on each call or internet session prior to wagering. By verification of your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims.
  11. A customer is entitled to place a claim on a wager within a week of the date the wager was placed. No claims will be honored after this time period.
  12. Claims are processed and may take up to 72 hours to resolve.
  13. Tape recordings of conversations will be available for the customer to hear from Monday to Thursday.
  14. BettorTimes.ag reserves the right to cancel all open parlays and teasers if they are not closed by the time frame given by the customer’s agent.
  15. Every transaction will be saved to a customer account history file. All phone transactions will be recorded and saved on files. In all cases of a dispute, both management and the member agree that the recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. When you confirm the read-back or click confirm on the online page the wager is considered final.
  16. New accounts with same IP address as existing accounts will be closed.
  17. All transactions are recorded using Eastern Time (ET).
  18. All Sports Wagers must be made by the Posted Game Time of each Event.
  19. All Horse Wagers must be made 3 minutes prior to track post time.
  20. All payouts on both horse and sports wagers may be limited by BettorTimes.ag or the customer’s agent. Please ask about your max payouts before placing wagers.
  21. BettorTimes.ag reserves the right to refuse payment to anyone that is found to be part of any organized wagering syndicates dedicated to changing and manipulating the odds available at BettorTimes.ag.
  22. All payments must be done through your agent. BettorTimes.ag is not responsible for paying and collecting your balances.
  23. BettorTimes.ag does not recognize suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. All wagers will be graded when the event finalizes.
  24. There will be no refunds, changing of plays or switching of teams after an official wager has been placed. Exceptions do apply and are at the discretion of the management.
  25. All wagers are final once accepted by BettorTimes.ag and confirmed by the player. However, BettorTimes.ag has the right to delete a wager if it was placed after the event started or placed on a “bad line” where the odds are incorrect.
  26. All wagers placed on events with obvious erroneous lines resulting from human error will be voided.
  27. BettorTimes.ag reserves the right to cancel any wagers and withhold payments from any account where multiple IP addresses are wagering into the same account.
  28. All events will be graded by Vegas Rules unless noted otherwise.
  29. The name and/or spelling of the two people or two teams listed in a match up need correspond to the names of the contenders in the event.if an error occurs with name of the participants,the wager will be considered “NO ACTION”.

Football

Professional and College Football

  1. A game is considered official after 55 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
  2. All football games must be played on date specified to be considered action.
  3. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, BettortimesportsBetting will delete all bets. Win or Lose.
  4. All straight (side) wagers, Over/Under (total) wagers, Money Lines, etc. in Professional and College Football DO include all overtime scoring.

Basketball

Professional Basketball

  1. A game is considered official after 43 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
  2. For Total Wins wagering on Professional Basketball, teams must play minimum of 80 regular season games for action (wagers do not include post-season play).
  3. All futures bets are action regardless of team moves or name changes.
  4. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, BettortimesportsBetting will delete all bets. Win or Lose.

College Basketball

  1. A game is considered official after 35 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
  2. All basketball games must be played on date specified to be considered action.
  3. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, Bettortimes Sports Betting will delete all bets. Win or Lose.
  4. All straight (side) wagers, Over/Under (total) wagers, Money Lines, etc. in Professional and College Basketball DO include all overtime scoring.

Baseball

Major League Baseball

  1. Games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. Then the score at the time the game is called will determine the winner.
  2. All baseball wagers include information on the pitchers. Each team's starting pitcher is defined for betting purposes as the pitcher that throws the first pitch. You can select from the following pitcher options while wagering over the phone:
    • Action - This is betting your team against the other team regardless of which pitchers actually starts. If one or both pitchers change after the wager is made it is still Action although the ticket price / payoff is subject to adjustment.
    • Listed - This is betting your team's pitcher against the other team's pitcher. If one or both pitchers change after the wager is made it is No Action and all monies are returned to your available balance.
    • Selected - This is betting your team's pitcher against any pitcher on the other team. If the selected pitcher does not start then the wager is No Action and all monies are returned to your available balance. If the other team's pitcher changes then the wager is still Action but subject to an adjusted price/payoff.
    • Opposition - This is betting your team versus a specified pitcher on the other team. If the opposition pitcher does not start then the wager is No Action and all monies are returned to your available balance. If your team's pitcher changes then the wager is still Action but subject to an adjusted price/payoff.
  3. All Straight wagers over the internet are Action, if you want Listed Pitchers click Pick Pitchers.
  4. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, BettortimesportsBetting will delete all bets. Win or Lose.
  5. All totals and run line wagers are with Listed Pitchers only. If one or both pitchers change after the wager but prior to the start of the game, it is No Action and all monies are returned to your balance.
  6. The game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8½ innings if the home team is leading, when wagering on total runs or run lines otherwise it will constitute a "NO ACTION" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.
  7. Baseball Series Prices: Any and all baseball series wagers must have all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that specified date then all wagers have 'no-action', regardless if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards (see our rules regarding baseball wagers and what constitutes an official result). Note: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has 4 games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial 3 games.
  8. All baseball props must go the full 9 (8½) innings unless otherwise stated. They also must start the listed pitchers or else have "NO ACTION".

Boxing

  1. The bout is considered official when the bell is sounded signifying the start of the first round regardless of the scheduled length or title (for both professional and amateur boxing).
  2. In rounds proposition bets, the fight must go the originally scheduled length for action.
  3. In the event that either fighter does not make the required weight but the fight goes on, if the bell sounds for the first round, the bout will be considered official, regardless of the scheduled length or title.
  4. All boxing events must be held within one week of scheduled date to be considered action, unless otherwise noted.
  5. In boxing, the official stopping of a round before the sounding of the bell does not constitute a full round. A full round is only considered for wagering purposes when the bell sounds signifying the end of said round.

Horse Racing

  1. Wagers will be accepted up to 3 minutes before the starting time (post-time) of the race. Wagers placed after that will not be accredited to the client.
  2. Wagers will not be accepted when client's account balance is less than the wager amount.
  3. Winning wagers will be credited within 24 hour after the conclusion of the event.
  4. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager, or portion of any wager.
  5. Limits and payouts are determined by the agent. Please contact your agent for all information.

Golf

  1. For tournament match-up betting, all of the players listed in the match-up bet offer must tee off for your bet to have action. The player with the most completed holes wins. If the players complete the same number of holes, then the player with the lowest score wins. If the players are still tied then the wager will have NO ACTION and all monies will be refunded. If both golfers in a match-up are in a playoff:
    1. winner of play-off wins match up and
    2. all other playoff participants tie each other.
  2. Should a tournament be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions the official result will be used when settling, regardless of the number or rounds played. However, should there be no further play after a bet is struck that bet would be void.
  3. Single day match-ups are wagers on the particular day's 18-holes. Single Day match-ups do not include holes played as part of a completion from the previous day's round or playoff holes considered part of the overall tournament score. Should a day's round be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions and the round is continued the next day, the full 18 holes will be considered in determining the outcome of the bet even if they are played over two days. All bets are void. If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the bet is considered a no action wager.
  4. The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring player's names, represents all other players not listed.

Ice Hockey

Professional, College, and Amateur Hockey

  1. Games are official after 55 minutes of play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
  2. All Hockey wagers DO include overtime scoring.
  3. All Hockey games must be played on date specified to be considered action.

Tennis

  1. Two full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for wagers to stand.
  2. In the event of a retirement after 2 full sets (or 3 full set for a grand slam) the winner will be determined by who advances.
  3. Three full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for wagers to stand. (Grand Slam Tournaments)
  4. In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand:
  5. In the case of a walkover situation, the outcome will be graded "no action".
    • a change of playing surface
    • a change of venue or
    • a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.
  6. The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring player's names, represents all other players not listed.

Table Tennis

  • In the event of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all bets on the outcome of the match will be void, except for those markets (e.g. race to 10 points or winner of a specific game) that have been completed already.
  • If a Player is disqualified, for whatever reason, wagers on the outcome of that match are void. This can be after a match is completed.
  • Set Winner: This bet refers to the winner of a specific set. The respective set must be completed for bets to stand.
  • If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, your wager on the match will stand.
  • If the match is no longer played at the venue advertised, your wager will still stand. This applies as long as the venue has not been changed to the opponent's ground (or in the case of international matches, as long as the venue remains in the same country).
  • In the event of a match not taking place or if a player/team is given a walkover, bets on that match are void.

Auto Racing

  1. All bets have action, even if a competitor withdraws for any reason unless the entire race is cancelled.
  2. Both drivers must start the race for match up wagering to have action.
  3. The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap.
  4. The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes.
  5. The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring player's names, represents all other players not listed.
  6. Races must be run within one week of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

Soccer

  1. This is the most basic of all bets. It involves betting on the outcome of a match in 90 minutes (i.e. 1st half and 2nd half), choosing whether the game will end in a home win, an away win or the draw. Extra time does not count in this case - as in many Cup matches, when goals scored in extra-time do not count for betting purposes. However, separate odds are often quoted for a team to go through to the next round (either through winning in extra-time, by penalties or by the golden goal) - these bets are usually termed "outright winner" bets, as opposed to "within 90 minutes winner" bets.
  2. When any player wagers both sides or both, the under and over of the same game, Bettortimes Sports Betting will delete all bets. Win or Lose.
